"Numbness"
My minds so numb
I can't feel the pain
Filling my mind with things I dare explain
Someone's always there
Watching me
Talking to me
Influencing my mind
It's so far behind
Though, I can't keep straight
All these emotions inside
They all lead to hate
Worry, Never worry. Cry never cry
Insults and cutdowns and breakdowns
And all the world is spinning
Spinning, spitting in my face
I'm a disgrace to this world
To this alien race
I can't see for the blood in my eyes
I can't show my emotions
Can't let this world in my head
If I loose control of this fist, I'll end up dead
On some corner on main street. Oh man...
I'm tellin' you, this lie of a life I can no longer stand
I'm here alone in this house with a gun in my hand
Shouting God all mighty, I'm down on my knees
Screaming Help me Lord Jesus, God help me please!
Stand me up and put me back on my feet
In some other life in which I might be able to beat.
